Server suspended for non-payment

My server says suspended. Will I lose my world?

Pay the open invoice and the server comes back; suspension stops the server but keeps every file, and nothing is deleted automatically.

Before you start: A card that works and the client area.

Step by step

1. Open Billing. The unpaid invoice is shown at the top with the amount due.
2. Pay it with a saved card or a new one.
3. Within a few minutes the server is unsuspended. Open the panel and press Start if it does not start by itself.
4. Join and check your world; everything is as it was when it was suspended.
5. To avoid this next time, keep a valid card saved; renewal reminders arrive 7, 3 and 1 day before each due date.
6. Servers suspended for 14 days are reviewed by staff. Contact support before then if you need more time or want to cancel.

Check it worked: The panel shows the server as running and players can join.

Why it happens: An invoice was still unpaid 3 days after its due date.

If you paid but the server is still suspended after 15 minutes, send support the invoice number.
