Static website hosting
A portfolio, a landing page or the docs for your project. Upload the files into the public folder and CoreX serves them; there is no server code to write.
What you can upload
- Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- The build output of Vite, Astro, Hugo or any other static site generator.
- Upload in the browser file manager or over SFTP.
Your address
Pick a free name ending in corex-hosting.com and the site answers over https with the certificate handled for you, or point your own domain at it through Cloudflare by following the steps in the panel.
Getting your site online
- Order a website plan and choose the static site runtime.
- Build your site locally if it uses a generator, then upload the output folder’s contents into public.
- Make sure there is an index.html at the top of public; that is the page visitors see first.
- Pick your corex-hosting.com name, press Start and open the address. To update the site later, upload the new files over the old ones.
Plans
- Web Starter (1 GB): $3.99 a month
- Web Plus (2 GB): $4.99 a month
- Web Pro (4 GB): $7.99 a month
Not included
PHP, WordPress, databases and email inboxes. Static hosting serves files; a site that needs server code can run as a Node.js or Python app instead.
