Node.js Discord bot hosting
Run your discord.js bot on a server that stays on. Upload the project, save the token, and CoreX installs your packages and starts it.
How it runs
- Node.js 20, 22 or 24, switchable at any time under Bot settings.
- npm install runs before each start when package.json exists, unless you turn it off.
- The start file is index.js by default, or set your own start command.
- A live console shows your logs as they happen; a crashed bot restarts on its own.
Your token stays secret
Save your bot token under Environment and read it with process.env.DISCORD_TOKEN. Values are write-only: never shown again, to you or to staff. Up to 50 variables per bot.
Getting your bot online
- Order a bot plan and pick Node.js as the runtime.
- Upload your project (package.json and your code, not node_modules) in the file manager or over SFTP.
- Add your token under Environment, then set your start file if it is not index.js.
- Press Start and watch the console: packages install, then your bot logs in.
