Payment page not loading

The Stripe payment page is blank or will not open.

Allow pop-ups and third-party scripts for Stripe, turn off blockers, and try again from the invoice.

Before you start: A normal browser window (not a private one with strict tracking protection).

Step by step

1. Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions for corex-hosting.com and stripe.com.
2. Reload Billing and click Pay on the invoice again. The payment page opens on Stripe (checkout.stripe.com); that is the correct page.
3. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for corex-hosting.com.
4. Try another browser, or your phone on mobile data, to rule out the network.
5. Check the notice at the top of the site and the CoreX Discord for a payments problem; during one, wait and retry later instead of paying twice.
6. Clear the cookies for stripe.com if a half-finished payment keeps reopening, then start again from the invoice.

Check it worked: Stripe's page loads and the payment completes.

Why it happens: Ad blockers, strict privacy settings or some networks block Stripe's checkout.

If it fails on every browser and network, contact support with the invoice number.
