CoreX Hosting

Get the CoreX app for desktop or phone

Is there a CoreX app for Windows or my phone?

Yes: download the Windows app or the Android app from corex-hosting.com/download, or install CoreX as an app from your browser on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Linux and Chromebook.

Before you start: Your CoreX account: email and password, or Google (the app opens your browser to sign in with Google, then brings you back).

Step by step

  1. Open corex-hosting.com/download; your device is shown first.
  2. Windows: download CoreX-Setup and run it (if SmartScreen says it does not recognise the app, choose More info, then Run anyway). CoreX opens in its own window, keeps running in the tray for notifications (right-click the tray icon to quit or to start it with Windows) and updates itself.
  3. Android: download the APK on your phone, open it, and allow installing from your browser when Android asks. If Play Protect offers to scan the app, tap Scan; it installs normally. A newer version installs over the old one and keeps you signed in, and the app tells you when one is out.
  4. To sign in with Google in either app, tap Continue with Google: your browser opens, you sign in there (or are already signed in), tap Continue to the app, and the app opens signed in.
  5. iPhone and iPad: in Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Mac, Linux and Chromebook: in Chrome or Edge click Install CoreX on the download page or the install icon in the address bar.
  6. Sign in, then open the bell and choose "Turn on device alerts" to get notifications for your servers and AI changes.
  7. The website shows a small reminder about the app every few hours; dismiss it or choose "Don't show again".

Check it worked: The app opens your dashboard and a test notification (for example a finished AI change) appears on your device.

Why it happens: The apps run the full CoreX client area, so everything on the website works in them, plus system notifications.
