Cancel a server, or undo a cancellation

How do I cancel my server, and can I take it back?

Cancel from Billing at the end of the period (it runs until then) or immediately; an end-of-period cancellation can be undone from Billing until it takes effect.

Before you start: A download of any world or files you want to keep.

Step by step

1. Take a backup and download your world (Backups or Files) if you might want it later.
2. Open Billing, find the server and choose Cancel.
3. Choose "at end of period" to keep playing until the paid time runs out, or "immediately" to stop now (the server is suspended straight away; unused time is not refunded).
4. Give a reason if you like; it helps CoreX improve.
5. To undo an end-of-period cancellation, open Billing again and choose Undo cancellation before the period ends.
6. Cancelled by mistake with "immediately"? Contact support quickly: files are kept for a short review period.

Check it worked: Billing shows the cancellation date (or no cancellation, after undoing it).

Why it happens: There is no minimum term or cancellation fee.
