Add a dedicated IP, extra backups or storage

How do I buy a dedicated IP, more backup slots or more disk space?

Add them from Billing; each is charged for the rest of the current period and then renews with the server.

Before you start: A card or account credit.

Step by step

1. Open Billing and find your server.
2. Choose the add-on: Dedicated IPv4 ($3.50/month), extra backup slots ($5/month each, up to 10), or extra storage ($7/month per 100 GB, up to 1,000 GB).
3. Review the prorated amount due now and the new renewal price, then pay.
4. Once paid, backup slots appear in the Backups tab and extra disk in the server limits.
5. For a dedicated IP, the new address shows in the panel (Network) after it is set up; update your players and any DNS records.
6. Add-ons can be removed from Billing; they stop at the next renewal.

Check it worked: The Backups tab shows the new slot count, or Statistics shows the larger disk.

Why it happens: Add-ons change the server's limits without changing its plan.
