Server offline after an outage

After an outage my server did not come back.

Start it from the panel; if it will not start, check the console and contact support.

Before you start: The panel open on your server.

Step by step

  1. Make sure you have had the "back online" email, or that Discord says the outage is over.
  2. Open the panel and press Start.
  3. Watch the console until it says Done; note any ERROR lines if it stops.
  4. If the world shows errors after the outage, restore your latest backup from Backups.
  5. If it will not start at all, contact support with the server ID and the console output.
  6. Set up a Schedules task that starts the server at regular times if you want it to recover by itself after short interruptions.

Check it worked: The server is running.

Why it happens: Servers may need a manual start after a node restart.

If it will not start after an outage, contact support.
