Is CoreX down?

The website, panel or my server is not working. Is it CoreX?

Check the CoreX Discord and the notice at the top of the site first; if neither mentions a problem, it is likely local, so try another browser or network.

Step by step

  1. Look at the notice bar at the top of corex-hosting.com and the announcements channel on the CoreX Discord.
  2. If an outage is announced, CoreX is working on it and you do not need to open a ticket.
  3. If nothing is listed, hard-refresh with Ctrl+F5, try another browser, and try your phone on mobile data.
  4. If only your server is down, open its console and look for a crash (see the crash guides).
  5. Still stuck: report it on Discord with what you see, the time, and your server ID.

Check it worked: You know whether it is an outage or something local.

Why it happens: Outages are announced on Discord and in a notice across the site, and customers on an affected machine are emailed; local problems can look like outages.
