I got a maintenance notice. What happens to my server?

During maintenance some panel actions and orders can be paused; running servers usually keep running.

Before you start: Nothing.

Step by step

  1. Read the notice for the time window and what is paused (for example new orders or power actions).
  2. Take a backup before the window if you want extra safety.
  3. Avoid big changes such as version updates or restores during the window.
  4. If the panel says an action is paused, wait and try it again after maintenance.
  5. After it ends, check your server is running and start it if it is not.
  6. If something is still wrong after the window, report it on Discord with your server ID and what you see.

Check it worked: Your server is running after maintenance.

Why it happens: Maintenance is announced on the site and, when staff choose, by email.
