CoreX Hosting

What a CoreX VPS is, and whether you can order one

What is VPS hosting and can I buy it now?

A VPS is a whole Linux machine with root access over SSH that you manage yourself. Whether it is open for orders, and at what price, is shown live on corex-hosting.com/vps: if no plans are listed there, it is not on sale yet.

Before you start: Nothing: the VPS page is public.

Step by step

  1. Open corex-hosting.com/vps and look at the Plans section.
  2. If plans are listed, pick a region tab to see each plan's vCPUs, memory, disk, included traffic and monthly price.
  3. If the page says VPS hosting is not open for orders yet, it cannot be ordered and there is no price to quote. Ask on Discord to hear when it opens.
  4. Decide whether a VPS is what you need: it is unmanaged, so you install, secure and update the software on it. For a Minecraft server or a Discord bot, the dedicated plans are easier.
  5. When it is on sale, click Order on a plan and follow the order page: plan, region, operating system, how you sign in, and payment.

Check it worked: You know whether VPS hosting can be ordered today and what each plan includes.

Why it happens: CoreX only lists VPS plans, regions and prices that the platform it runs on reports as available, so the page can honestly say "not open yet".
