CoreX Hosting

Panel shows the wrong status or the console will not load

The panel says offline but people are playing, or the console stays blank.

Reload the page; if the console still will not connect, it is usually a browser extension or network blocking the live connection.

Before you start: A normal browser window.

Step by step

  1. Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) so the panel reconnects to the live console.
  2. Turn off ad blockers or privacy extensions for corex-hosting.com.
  3. Try another browser or network (school and work networks often block WebSockets).
  4. Check the notice at the top of the site and the CoreX Discord for a panel problem.
  5. The server is not affected: if players can join, it is running even if the panel shows offline.
  6. Rule out an announced panel problem (site notice or Discord) before changing anything on your side.

Check it worked: The console shows live output and the status matches the server.

Why it happens: The console and status use a live WebSocket connection that some blockers and networks cut.

If it fails on every browser and network, tell support your server ID.
