Give a friend or staff member panel access

How do I let someone manage my server without giving them my password?

Add them as a sub-user in the Users tab with only the permissions they need; they sign in with their own CoreX account.

Before you start: Your friend's CoreX account email (they must sign up first).

Step by step

1. Ask your friend to create and verify a CoreX account.
2. Open Users and add a user with their email.
3. Tick only the permissions they need: for example console and power for a moderator; files for a builder; never more than you are comfortable with.
4. Save. The server appears on their dashboard.
5. If they see "missing permission", edit the user and add that permission.
6. Remove access at any time from Users; they lose the server from their dashboard straight away.
7. Sub-users never see your billing, invoices or account settings, only the server permissions you ticked.

Check it worked: Your friend sees the server on their dashboard and can use only what you allowed.

Why it happens: Sharing your password gives full account and billing access; sub-users only get what you tick.
